Wayne Warner

  • Thank you for your service in WWII and your great efforts to keep your history alive. I wrote a story, "The Daring World War II Los Banos Rescue," because 2 of our missionaries were among the civilians rescued. In the 1960s I lived 2 blocks from Paul Kucik, a member of your unit on the rescue. But I did not know of his involvement until I began to research for the article. I quote him in the story. Carolyn Jones

  • My dad, Samuel T Jones was a sergeant in the 771st tank destroyer battalion that served in France, Germany, Poland and Austria in WWII. He died in 1974 at the age of 53. I am so proud of him and his valiant service in the army.

Donald L. Drennan

  • My father, Donald H. Drennan served with the XIII Corps in the Signal Corps. I recorded a documentary at one of their reunions. I interviewed as many of the men as I could who wanted to participate. I was looking around here for photos.

Harold Herman Jr.

  • My father served in 805th TDBN. Tunisia , Italy. His was wounded twice. I had the Honor of accompanying him to three of the 805th's reunions It was a true honor to meet with his comrades in arms. Memories that will forever Be etched in my mind. My Dad's name is Sgt. Harold G. Herman from Jim Thorpe , PA.
