My Father, Glenn H. Curry, Jr. served in the 774th Tank Destroyer Division. Dad never talked about the war. I am just learning about some of his experiences through your website and others like it. Thanks for this labor of love.

I truly enjoy this site. I am slightly disappointed that there is no information on the 661 TDBN Headquarters Company. That is the company my grandfather and a few vets I know, were in. Every year, the 661 TDBN has a reunion. We have 9 living Veterans that attend. I enjoy learning what I can from them, but they don't have many memories of my grandfather and I am interested in his unit and his war days.

My father Thomas A Caddick was a staff sergeant, Company B, 661st Tank Destroyer Battalion 2/45, M18S and attached to the 69th Infantry Division in Central Europe and Rhineland. He only spoke of meeting the Russians after crossing the Rhine but nothing about what he saw in Leipzig, Germany. My wife and I would like to see that area next year...and interested in any group tours for 2014. Thanks.

A friend of Dana Garber Miller, her Dad, Lt. Julian P. Garber served with the 820. He was a great person and I will always remember being invited over for dinner and meeting Dana's parents. The Greatest Generation will always be in my prayers...
