Shown is Lieutenant Henry "Hank" Harkema, while stationed in England. Hank served with Company C of the 612th and received credit for each of their five campaigns. He left the service at the end of the war but served in the Army Reserves for another 10 years, until he resigned, at the rank of Captain.
